After upgrading to Windows Vista Service Pack 2, you will need to uninstall the current BeTwin VS software (even though you may have installed the latest BeTwin VS software version), restart Windows, re-install with the latest BeTwin VS software version and run Configuration Wizard to re-setup the Host and Station(s).
Note: You may need to re-register BeTwin VS again using the same primary serial number that was originally registered on the same PC as the installation of Windows Vista SP2 may have affected the BeTwin VS licensing.

After upgrading to Windows Vista Service Pack 2, you will need to uninstall the current WinConnect Server VS software (even though you may have installed the latest WinConnect Server VS software version) and restart Windows.Make sure that the Windows native remote desktop feature is working properly before you proceed to re-install with the latest WinConnect Server VS software version.
Note: You may need to re-register WinConnect Server VS again
using the same primary serial number that was
originally registered on the same PC as the
installation of Windows Vista SP2 may have affected
the WinConnect Server VS licensing.
